SOLARLAND, S.L. is the owner, and has the corresponding licence, of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website.

Under no circumstances shall it be understood that the User's access and navigation implies a waiver, transmission, licence or total or partial assignment of said rights by SOLARLAND, S.L., over any other right related to its Web and the services offered therein. Likewise, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, make second or subsequent publications, upload files, send by post, transmit, use, treat or distribute in any way all or part of the content included in the Web for public or commercial purposes, unless expressly authorised in writing by SOLARLAND, S.L. or, where appropriate, by the holder of the corresponding rights.

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE
The User agrees to use the Web, content and services in accordance with current legislation and this Legal Notice. In the same way, the User agrees not to use the Web or the services provided through it for purposes or effects that are illicit or contrary to the content of this Legal Notice, harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable or deteriorate the Web or its services, or prevent normal enjoyment of the Web by other Users. 6. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
SOLARLAND, S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, hereby submit themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas (Spain), unless the applicable regulations prevent the parties from submitting to a specific jurisdiction.
